Basic

The basic edge controls sequence flow based on success, failure or completion of the prior task.

"Follow on" sets the condition under which the edge is followed and relates to the status of the prior task.

All edges can be used to set or modify variables as the edge is followed. This is done in the "Variables" tab. The same convention for setting variables in a trigger is used. See See Passing Variables with Triggers for more information.
