Restart Trigger

The restart trigger fires when the Situate server restarts. This allows workflows to automatically execute recovery or initialization tasks after the server comes back online.

Use Cases

  • Restarting services or applications that depend on Situate
  • Verifying system state after maintenance windows
  • Re-establishing connections to external systems
  • Running health checks after server restarts

The Variables Tab

Like all triggers, the restart trigger can inject one or more variables. This is covered in Passing Variables with Triggers.
